Armona Denizcilik conducted a Crisis Management Training session for its shore personnel at the company's head office on December 26th. Around 20 members from various departments participated in the training, led by Mr. İlker Kaldı, a renowned expert in crisis management.
Mr. Kaldı's interactive approach encouraged critical thinking and discussion of various hypothetical crisis scenarios. The session received positive feedback, with participants noting the value of sharpening their skills in staying calm under pressure.
