Armona Denizcilik held its Q1 2026 Management Review Meeting over two days on 6 and 7 May 2026, bringing together representatives from key departments across the organization, including Crewing, Purchasing, Marine, Technical, IT, Training, and HSEQ.
The meeting provided a structured platform for each department to present its first-quarter KPI performance, review completed actions, and outline the key targets and priorities to be monitored throughout the remainder of the year. Through this cross-functional review, the teams assessed progress against operational, technical, compliance, and organizational objectives, ensuring continued alignment across shore-based functions and fleet-support activities.
A significant part of the review focused on updates to company procedures. These discussions were aimed at ensuring that Armona Denizcilik’s management systems remain aligned with evolving industry standards, regulatory expectations, and inspection frameworks, including SIRE 2.0. The review reinforced the company’s commitment to maintaining disciplined procedures, clear accountability, and continuous improvement across its operations.
The meeting also included a dedicated assessment of the three vessels recently added to the fleet.
