Question: Can you tell us a little about yourself and how your education and career have progressed so far?
Answer: My education actually started by chance, I've been in this profession since high school. My choice of Ortaköy Maritime was entirely out of recommendation and youthful enthusiasm. I was talking to my mother in a cafe during the high school preference period. When an uncle at the next table heard our conversation, he said, "Why don't you write Ortaköy Maritime? The location is good, the profession is good, and the money is good." So I did a little research and said, "Why not? I love the sea after all." I didn't know anything at first, but then I realized that I really love the profession and being at sea. The continuation came with Piri Reis University. My working life actually started with Armona Denizcilik. This is where I saw and experienced both the land and sea legs of the maritime industry.
