In a relationship that now spans over three decades, the Marine Manager of Bureau Veritas, Cafer Tekkan, and Armona's CEO, Lorenz Weinstabl, have once again enjoyed their semi-annual tradition of Fish & Raki at Turgut Vidanlı's in the Beşiktaş Market ("Çarşı"), the heart and stronghold of Beşiktaş football fans.
The evenings are always filled with exchanging developments in the Marine sector and bringing together team members from both companies who regularly collaborate to maintain our fleet's Class Status in good condition.
We were also pleased to welcome our Ukrainian business partner and friend, Mr. Sevchenko, who works for a Sunflower Seed Oil producing group and is involved in, among other things, the land and sea transport of their oils from Ukraine to various ports in the Mediterranean (as much as Putin's war allows).
Joining us this time were Ender Bilen and Serkan Kurtoğlu from BV's "Ships and Services" department, and Ömer Balta, Marine Superintendent, along with Aydin Yilmaz (Technical Manager) leading the marine engineering department, as well as our CTO, Marlon Weinstabl.
