Armona Denizcilik once again demonstrates its commitment to a zero-incidence industry as top-level managers exemplify their dedication to the company's vessels by undertaking long and arduous trips to the most remote corners of the world.
On the 16th of January, our CEO Mr. Lorenz Weinstabl and CTO Mr. Marlon Weinstabl embarked on a Safety & Leadership Visit to the tanker vessel Atlantis Antao, docked in the Port of Mindelo, Cape Verde. The leadership duo underscored the paramount importance of safety, reminding the crew that their diligent efforts form the bedrock of Armona's safety culture.
Addressing the crew, Mr. Lorenz Weinstabl stated, "At Armona, safety is not merely a priority; it is the cornerstone of our operations. Even here in Cape Verde, we have demonstrated unwavering patience in imparting our safety and quality culture to the local mariners we employ. The small group of Turkish Officers and our regular visits to the vessel enable us to uphold standards similar to those on our other fleet vessels. We take pride in serving our clients and anticipate their continued trust in our services."
In alignment with this sentiment, Mr.Marlon Kerim Weinstabl , CTO, added, "The Armona Safety Culture thrives on the dedication and expertise of every crew member. Every safety decision, reported near-miss, and meticulously followed procedure contributes to building a stronger, more resilient safety ethos across our fleet Remarkably, through substantial investments in maintenance during the shipyard period and dedicated training, we have ensured that our vessel has not experienced a single day of off-hire in our over three-and-a-half-year tenure here, even as a Nearly 20-year-old vessel.
