The Shell Marine Conveners' Safety Day conference was held at the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam. The agenda featured a series of workshops and informative speeches on topics relevant to safety at sea, including Reflective Learning – Navigation, Resilience, Cargo Specific PPE, Risk Normalization in Transshipment, and Safety Leadership.
This year's theme, "Learning Through Collaboration," emphasized the importance of knowledge and experience sharing among partners in the maritime industry. This collaborative approach is instrumental in achieving the collective goal of a Zero-Incident Industry.
