Shell Resilience Training has begun at Armona. This comprehensive program, developed by Shell, will continue to be offered to Office Staff and Crew throughout the year.
In line with Shell's commitment to zero incidents in the maritime industry, they have recently launched a new "Resilience" training program for their Maritime Safety Partners. This program consists of 5 modules designed to be discussed and elaborated by staff both onboard and ashore, facilitated by a designated trainer.
Armona kicked off their first Resilience training session on April 12th, 2016, in the office. The program will continue with monthly modules, with each session repeated during the company seminar planned for April 26th-27th, 2016, which will include over 35 seamen. Following the seminar, the training will be extended to crew onboard the fleet vessels.
