On September 20th, 2017, Armona's HSEQ Manager, Capt. Serdal Sağır, conducted a Senior Leadership Visit aboard the Atlantis Araceli in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
This visit, part of a Shell-initiated program that has become a cornerstone of Armona's senior management practices, involved discussions and information exchange with crew members on various topics.
Armona firmly believes that active participation and engagement by top-level management with vessel personnel is crucial for achieving excellence in the industry's pursuit of zero incidents. This leadership visit program fosters effective communication, continuous improvement, and further strides towards operational excellence.
