On September 22nd, 2017, a group of our shore staff, vessel personnel, and senior management team members participated in Shell's Partners in Safety Workshop held in Tuzla, Turkey. The workshop focused on Shell's core safety principles, emphasizing collaborative learning and a deeper understanding of the program.
The day-long seminar (from 9 am to 6 pm) involved team assignments, self-assessment tools to evaluate personal resilience, presentations, interactive exercises, and Q&A sessions. Key topics included Resilience, LETs (Learning from Experience and Trends), Reflective Learning, and the importance of CEO/Senior Management Visits in fostering a safety culture.
