We, as the Owners of Atlantis Tankers Group Limited and Armona Denizcilik A.S., hereby reject the false allegations published by journalist Seher Yasayacak via her Twitter account "sehersultan1912" on October 31st, 2021, and in a so-called news piece published on https://www.gercekgundem.com with the title "Sedat Peker Gündeme Getirmisti Büyük Bir Gizemi Cozduk" (We Solved a Great Mystery Brought to Light by Sedat Peker). These allegations claim that our companies are owned by Ganado Services Limited, a company registered in Malta. Additionally, we reject the false allegations directed personally at our manager, Marlon Kerim Weinstabl.
The public should be clearly aware that our aforementioned companies neither belong to nor represent Ganado Services Limited in Turkey. The misunderstanding stems from the fact that the address and contact details of Ganado Services Limited are published on our website. Since the flag state of our fleet is Malta, we have designated the law firm Ganado Services Limited as our service address to fulfill our companies' notification service obligations.
The presentation of our companies as if they are the representatives of Ganado Services Limited in Turkey, using a section taken from our company website, serves no other purpose than to attempt to discredit our companies in the eyes of the public.
Undoubtedly, it is clear that these manifestly ill-founded allegations, which are not even newsworthy, have no intention of informing the public correctly. Therefore, we completely reject the false publications, which are purely a misunderstanding with no basis, aiming to put our Companies and Company executives in a difficult situation, to defame them. We reserve the right to take legal action against the person and institutions that wrote/published the relevant news.

31 Ekim 2021 tarihinde Gazeteci Seher Yaşayacak'ın "sehersultan1912" isimli Twitter hesabından ve https://www.gercekgundem.com alan adlı internet sitesinde "Sedat Peker Gündeme Getirmişti Büyük Bir Gizemi Çözdük" başlığı ile yayımlanan, sözde haber dizisi ile şirketlerimiz Atlantis Tankers Group Limited ve Türkiye'de mukim Armona Denizcilik A.Ş.'nin Malta'da kurulu Ganado Services Limited'e ait olduğu ileri sürülmüştür. Bununla da yetinilmemiş şirket yöneticimiz Marlon Kerim Weinstabl hakkında da asılsız iddialarda bulunulmuştur.
Kamuoyu açıkça bilmelidir ki, adı geçen şirketlerimiz ne Ganado Services Limited'e aittir ne de söz konusu firmanın Türkiye'deki temsilciliğini yapmaktadır. Söz konusu yanlış anlaşılma, filomuz altındaki gemilerimizin Bayrak devletinin Malta olması nedeniyle şirketlerimizin tebligat kabul yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebilmesi için yine Malta'da kurulu bir şirket olan Ganado Services Limited isimli hukuk firmasını adres göstermesi ve bu firmanın iletişim detaylarının web sitemizde yayınlanmasından ileri gelmektedir.
Şirketimiz web sitesinden alınan kesit ile şirketlerimizin sanki Ganado Services Limited'in Türkiye'deki temsilcisiymiş gibi lanse edilmesi, toplum nezdinde şirketlerimizi itibarsızlaştırmaya çalışmaktan başka bir amaca hizmet etmemektedir.
Şüphesiz ki haber değeri dahi taşımayan asılsız iddiaların halkı doğru bilgilendirmek adına bir kaygı taşımadıkları açıktır. Dolayısıyla Şirketlerimizi ve Şirket yöneticilerimizi zor durumda bırakma, karalama amacına matuf, hiçbir dayanağı olmayan tamamen bir yanlış anlaşılmadan ibaret gerçek dışı yayınları tümüyle tekzip ediyor ve ilgili haberi yazan/yayımlayan kişi ve kurumlara karşı yasal yollara başvurma hakkımızı saklı tutuyoruz.
