Eastport Maritime's invitation to a Porsche Leipzig experience was spectacular. It began with a visit to a production site that incorporated the state-of-the-art technology found in any automotive production facility. However, the second part of the program consisted of something even more exhilarating: driving anything that Porsche was producing, across all models and variants, on both racing tracks and off-road in the fields of Saxony.
The instructor explained that he often experiences grown men becoming young boys again when it comes to driving fast cars. While this thrill undoubtedly translates to an exciting experience, our CEO, Lorenz Weinstabl, with his years of steering ship management to success, couldn't help but reveal his natural affinity towards safety aspects.
