As part of Armona's commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), with a special focus on seafarers' well-being, we conduct regular senior leadership visits to our fleet vessels.
These visits focus on verifying the continuous improvement of our HSEQ management systems and their implementation. They also provide Armona's senior management with the opportunity to conduct inspections, deliver training, provide coaching, and listen to the challenges faced by our seafarers.
Following Captain Gökhan Pehlivan's visit to the Atlantis Antibes, both ship and shore personnel came together for a fantastic dinner and warm conversations, further strengthening the Armona Denizcilik family spirit. We are not just colleagues; we are a family.
