On November 6, 2025, Armona Denizcilik proudly took part in the Maritime Partners in Safety Workshop, hosted at Fenerbahçe Faruk Ilgaz Facilities and organized by Ditaş Tankers.
As one of this year's lead focus companies, Armona delivered a series of engaging and insightful presentations, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to safety, collaboration, and shared learning across the maritime industry.
Representing Armona at the event were:
Deputy CEO Marlon Weinstabl, Chief Technical Officer Farbod Assadpour, DPA & Fleet Manager Gökhan Pehlivan, Marine and HSEQ Superintendent Mustafa Eşkiler, Technical Performance Officer Joud Tarabishi, HSEQ & Training Assistant Patricia Ysabel Araza, and Training Coordinator Senem Muhçu.
The workshop opened with an inspiring speech by Deputy CEO Marlon Weinstabl, who emphasized the power of mutual support among partners and addressed the increasing importance of human risk management in modern shipping operations.
Following this, Chief Technical Officer Farbod Assadpour shared a brief but heartfelt message reflecting his deep roots in seafaring and maritime tradition, while also introducing the day's presenters.
Patricia Ysabel Araza led the first presentation, speaking on Cultural Integration and highlighting Armona's ongoing efforts to strengthen understanding and teamwork between Turkish and Filipino crew members—ensuring harmony and efficiency onboard.
Joud Tarabishi concluded Armona's segment with a powerful presentation on Dry Dock Planning and Safety, underscoring the critical role of preparation, risk awareness, and interdepartmental collaboration in maintaining operational excellence.
