16th Company Run Seminar

Armona Denizcilik held its 16th Company Run Seminar last week. It was a great effort to educate, inform, celebrate, and stimulate open communication between seafarers and shore staff, including top management.

The day kicked off with a welcoming speech from the CTO, Mr. Marlon Weinstabl, followed by a series of informative presentations:

• Technical Quality Upkeep – Eng. Kubilay Tufan (Armona)
• Purchasing System & Challenges – Capt. Aytek Çalışkan (Armona)

The seminar also included a ceremony for 10-year service awards and celebrations, followed by a Q&A session.
