At Armona Denizcilik A.Ş, we are incredibly proud of our seafarers. Their consistency, loyalty, and the way they embody our company culture truly stand out.
Our unique culture fosters a welcoming environment, as reflected by our high retention rate. We have about 40 seafarers with over 10 years of service, many of whom have already reached their 13th year with us, starting from the very foundation of our Technical Management services back in 2009. Additionally, our retention rate for Senior Officers is 93%. This means even more will be exceeding their 10-year mark with us in the coming years.
There is a strong sense of mutual respect, understanding, and appreciation between the company and its seafarers. It truly fills us with pride to be surrounded by such dedicated and exceptional individuals.
To honor the loyalty and invaluable contributions of our longest-serving members, we decided to commemorate their decade of service at Armona by presenting them with engraved wristwatches for this special occasion.
Today, our first set of seafarers received their 10-Year Anniversary gifts. Our esteemed Master, Mr. Güçlü Ali Demirtaş, and Chief Engineer, Mr. Ulaş Barut, were hosted by our CTO, Mr. Marlon Weinstabl, in his office. It was a heartwarming conversation filled with reminiscing about the company's development and their own experiences. It was clear that both sides were very satisfied with the working relationship, which has evolved into a sincere family bond after so many years working together.
In the coming weeks, we will be handing out the rest of the anniversary gifts. We look forward to the opportunity to share time and express our gratitude to our seafarers when they come to visit us in the office. A big shout-out to all those who have achieved this level of service within our fleet. Kudos!
Güçlü and Ulaş, we are incredibly proud of you both. Witnessing your achievements throughout the years has been a privilege, and you are truly exemplary role models in our fleet. We look forward to the next decade with you and wish you all the very best personally and professionally.
