All crew recruited are Turkish Nationals, screened and trained in our training center. The crew management services further comprise planning, processing, database management, follow up cases, accounting, payroll, allotments and crew travel.
Born in 1978, he graduated from Anatolian Navigational High School in 1996 in the department of Ship Engines and completed his studies in Maritime Transportation Management Engineering at Istanbul University in 2002.
His career started at Furtrans Shipping, initially as Crew Assistant and later, as Crew Manager for a period of 7 years.
As HRM, his position is very important, since there are no manning agencies in Turkey. Our good experience with Turkish crews has resulted in a comprehensive recruiting process. Özgür's free time is dedicated to his family and he likes to play football and table tennis.
