other substance abuse can have on performance, safety, and operational
efficiency. To uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency:

All Fleet Vessels are Dry Ships: The possession and
use of any kind of drugs and/or alcohol are strictly prohibited on company
vessels.

Controlled Use of Prescribed Drugs: The use of
prescribed drugs for medical treatment is allowed, but only under controlled
conditions and following specific medical advice.

Mandatory Testing: All crew members may
be required to undergo a drug and/or alcohol test.
·
Zero Tolerance Policy: Refusal to comply
with testing will result in immediate termination of the contract.

Comprehensive Application: This policy applies
to both shore-based and shipboard employees.
All company policies are signed
and dated by the Chief Technical Officer, reflecting our commitment to the
highest levels of safety, quality, and environmental management. Our commitment
is further demonstrated through ongoing safety familiarization, instruction,
and comprehensive training programs.
