RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Armona Denizcilik recruitment process starts when you have submitted your application online and the confirmation pop-up appears on your screen.

We try to get back to applicants within a few days of the deadline, but it’s also important that we have a chance to review your application carefully. So please bear with us if it takes a little longer to respond.
RECRUITMENT OF SHORE PERSONNEL

The recruitment process comprises at least two interviews. The first of these takes place in our human resources (HR) department and aims to help us form an impression of you as a person. This interview only touches briefly on the position and your professional qualifications. As part of the interview your English ability will be tested.

Following the first interview, you’ll be assessed in relation to the position you are applying for. The assessment is based on a weighting of all the elements in the application process and the impression we formed during the personal interview. You will receive a written response within 7 days, either in the form of an invitation to a second interview or as simple rejection letter.

The second interview is conducted by the manager of the department you’ve applied to or we propose you to work in and will cover your qualifications and the position more specifically. Here, you will also have a chance to learn more about the position and the team. You will be informed whether we offer you the job by the HR manager or a member of our HR staff who will contact you within 3 days.
